CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS
If you want a modern, well-equipped, central location for important meetings, we have five excellent options inside the Duluth Technology Village in downtown Duluth. The rates for our conference rooms are $40/hour for current tenants and $50/hour for non-tenants.
Gitchee Gummi Conference Room
The Gitchee Gummi Conference Room is on the Superior Street level and seats 8 people.
Lester River Conference Room
The Lester River Conference Room is on the Superior Street level and seats 10 people.
Edmund Fitzgerald Conference Room
The Edmund Fitzgerald Conference Room is on the third floor and seats 12 people.
St. Louis River Conference Room
The St. Louis River Conference Room is on the fifth floor and seats 10 people.
6th Floor Conference Room
The 6th Floor Conference Room is on the 6th floor and seats 12 people.
9th Floor Conference Room
The 9th Floor Conference Room is on the 9th floor and seats 8 people.
Leif Erikson Conference Room
The Leif Erikson Conference Room is on the Superior Street level and seats 28 people classroom style.
Cancellation Policy
conference rooms cancelled within two (2) hours of their start time will be charges a flat fee of $30. Cancellation notifications at the earliest time are preferred, but cancellations received within the specified time will be billed accordingly. Thank you!
